Irving Gymnastics Forever was established in 2012. We are a family owned gym with an upscale facility while offering small classes sizes and personalized attention to each and every child. We work with children of all ages
and abilities from weight loss to advanced athletes aspiring for college scholarship opportunities.

Recreational Gymnastics Classes
Ages: 6-9 Years Old

We work on skills and levels taught by United States of America Gymnastics (USAG) and Texas Amateur Athletic Federation (TAAF):
  • Improving strength, flexibility, and coordination in a fun environment
  • Developing lifelong fitness habits
  • Progressive skill development on Women's Olympic gymnastics events (Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise) and Men's
  • Tumbling and trampoline skills as they relate to skill development in Olympic gymnastics events

Recreational Gymnastics Classes
Ages: 10-17 Years Old
