Our mission is to cultivate life skills in girls that last forever through stellar gymnastics instruction
1. Personalized Attention in Classes: We keep our gymnastics classes personalized with class ratios of 1 to 6 or smaller.
2. Make Learning Fun: Our instructors use fun techniques and games to condition muscles, work on flexibility, and teach technical aspects of gymnastics, which results in students working harder and retaining more.
3. Consistency with Coaches, Classes, and Kids: Students come to class with peace of mind knowing they have a consistent instructor and classmates they know well. We schedule trial and makeup classes outside our normal class times.
4. Communication Between Staff, Children, and Parents: We speak to every parent after each class with updates on what their child did well and tips for improvement. We welcome and encourage texts or calls to discuss any questions or thoughts on how to help your child be more successful.
5. Cleanliness: Our cleaning crew is lead by a registered nurse who understands the value and importance of deep and regular cleaning. We maintain a healthy and safe environment for your priceless child(ren).
6. Family Owned Customer Care: You are not just a number with us. We deeply care for each and every child. We typically check in with parents when a child misses a class.
7. Safety: Registered Nurse on Staff: Our seasoned and experienced staff are vigilant, addressing any and all safety concerns. We believe that 99% of injuries can be avoided with proper instruction. A registered nurse is commonly on staff during our coaching hours.

How does the admission process work?
Step 1. Please fill out our online application, select a day and time to come in for an evaluation, and pay the $45 non-refundable admission fee*.
Step 2. Please bring your daughter to the time selected in step 1 so we learn more about your family's goals, find a class that will be challenging, but not overwhelming for your daughter, and see if it is a good fit.
Step 3. At the end of the evaluation, we will let you know what or if we have classes available that could be beneficial to help meet your daughters and/or families goals.
*The $45 pays for meeting with the owner, getting to know your families specific goals, explain more about our program, curriculum, what we are hoping to accomplish, and a short evaluation with your daughter
