Forever Gymnastics offer small gymnastics classes in main street gymnastics Irving and team gymnastic programs ranging in ages from 2 to 17 years old. Forever Gymnastics programs vary from basic gross motor development all the way up to our competitive team programs.​ We teach Christian values as we lead by example.

• Forever Gymnastics Competitive Program: 
  If you didn’t already know, Forever Gymnastics offers Competitive program! Our team program is 4-16 hours of intensive training per week. We spend time with each athlete making this an ideal program for all competitive gymnasts. Forever Gymnastics competes in both the USA-Gymnastics (USAG) program and also the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation (TAAF)

• Forever Gymnastics Birthday Parties:
  If you didn’t already know, Forever Gymnastics offers Birthday parties! Does your athlete have a birthday coming soon and need a place to throw an awesome birthday party? An Awesome Birthday Bash at Forever Gymnastics gives your birthday child and their friends the full run of the facility, filling the celebration with instructor-led games, music, and activities created especially for your birthday boy or girl. You don’t have to worry about setup or clean up, making it totally awesome for you, too!

• Forever Gymnastics Field Trips:
  A field trip to Forever Gymnastics is a fun, inexpensive, and a healthy treat for any daycare center, scout group or school!  Gymnastic activities help develop spatial awareness and motor skill development that form a basis for all other sports, and at Forever Gymnastics it is all fun!

• Forever Gymnastics Friday Night Out:
  Kids will have a blast socializing with friends, playing games and enjoying fun gymnastics while at Forever Gymnastics Friday Night Flips. Forever Gymnastics host Friday Night Flips giving parents a night to relax, and a place to keep their children safe.
  
  Friday Night Flips is scheduled every Friday night from 7:30 – 10:00 PM.

• Forever Gymnastics After School Classes:
  ​Gymnastics After School is an after school program where kids can have fun learning gymnastics, stay active after school, and even complete their homework! Members may attend as few as one day per week or every weekday.

  This one-day professional development conference offers four one-hour workshop sessions for individuals working with children ages 5-17 years old.

• Forever Gymnastics Summer Ice cream Social:
  Join us for Games, Fun and ICE CREAM!
  Cool off during the summer heat with an ice cream treat with your favorite Forever Gymnastics teachers!
  You must preregister as drop ins for this event are not allowed. This is an adult participation event, children must have an adult present to attend.
