Forever Gymnastics serves many families in Main Street Irving. Kids learn to follow directions, patience, and how to work cooperatively in our gymnastics classes for kids. Gymnastics is challenging. This allows our preschool gymnastics classes to work on opportunities in teaching disciple, coordination, and character building. Gymnastics classes are a fun and interactive way to children to and preschoolers to learn.

Forever Gymnastics classes are based on progression based learning, while emphasizing safety while having fun. Our gymnastics coaches are experts in specific drills and exercises for beginners to elite levels of gymnastics. Our gymnastics classes in Main Street Irving are progression based that work on refining gymnastics skills while working on the gymnastics floor, uneven bars, balance beam, vault, and trampoline. Our goal is for every kid to learn proper gymnastics while performing skills safely and properly.
As Children and kids learn gymnastics through fun and safety, they will build their strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and increase their fitness levels. Gymnastics classes teach every kid to be hard working, self-confident, and well rounded individual.
